I recently ordered take out for an office potluck. Since I don't like to cook potlucks are the bane of my existence but this BWW made the last potluck a lot less painless. I ordered a large amount of boneless wings, mild buffalo and BBQ using the online ordering tool and requested an 11:20AM pick up time. Since the store opens at 11:00AM I was worried they wouldn't have them ready on time but I was pleasantly surprised that were ready upon my arrival. The wings were on point and my colleagues loved them! BWW will be my potluck go-to from now on.

I've had the distinct pleasure (?) of going to two different BW3s within about a week. Both for different reasons, but each timeI was reminded just how much I really don't like this chain. Let's start with the positive. They have a million TV screens. But... this is a sports restaurant chain. They should have a millions TVs all over the place. The beer is cold. But again, this is a bar, the beer should be cold. The thing that irked me most about my last visit here was that we were there for a specific reason: to watch the MMA fight. The shitty wings didn't bring us here, nor did the subpar service or the flaccid celery. We came here to watch a sporting event (that the restaurant paid $$$ to broadcast, mind you...) and were told that the audio for the fight would be postponed until another game was over. Oh, okay. The main event will be muted while we listen to a game with teams that aren't even in our geographical region? GOT IT. The VAST majority of the people in the bar were there for the same reason we were and yet the restaurant refused to make changes to their TV schedule. Boo. I wish this place was still a Cheapo.

This is a really good Buffalo Wild Wings, the place is big, looks new, has lots of parking and the their food preparation is way better than a lot of the other local options. Our wings were cooked perfectly and were the exact right level of saucy. We have had a few disappointing experiences lately so we decided to switch locations and give this one a try, big win!

The building itself is really nice and well done, but the overall experience? Not so much. Getting seated was an ordeal, the staff was avoiding contact on expert level, and I understand if I need to wait, but you could at least acknowledge that I exist. We were seated at a high top next to a family, I won't go into details here, but lets just say one of its members was not a person that you seat other people by unless there aren't other options, which there were, and i promise the family would have preferred a little space as well. We finished eating and played the eye contact game again for about 15 minutes. The food was typical B-dubs, but overall for some reason this is just the lamest of all B-dubs. We all need deep fried pickles from time to time, but I would recommend Roseville.

I had the best customer service experience here at this location; never treated better anywhere else ever. I was greeted and smiled at by every employee. Even the busy manager seemed to have time to say hi. This place is known for wings but their Jerk Chicken Sandwich is highly recommended. I've never had better which is unusual for chains like this. Thanks so much for a great time.

My favorite chain I'm a B-Dubs connoisseur This one is quite tight Buffalo Wild Wings AKA BW3 AKA B-Dubs is my version of crack. If I go too long without my fix, I start having withdrawal symptoms. Started going when I was in college down in Madison. Had one of the Blazing wings and my mouth was on fire to the point where I had to get up and take a walk outside. Now, I can do six of them with no problem. Moved back home and they opened one in West Saint Paul near where I was living at the time. Spent a large chunk of my 20's inside that location. B-Dubs is absolutely the one and only chain I will go out of my way to visit when I am on vacation. I'm sure that this list is non-exhaustive, but I have been to B-Dubs in the following locations (outside of the TC metro and Madison): Bullhead City, Mesa, Phoenix, Tempe, Fayetteville, Lawrence, Petoskey, Mankato, Columbia, Creve Coeur, Sikeston, Lincoln, Las Vegas, Fargo, Brookings, Charlottesville, Richmond and Milwaukee. The food is in the three range for me, but I am more there for the beer, sports and NTN trivia. The menu seems to be exactly the same at every location. It would be nice if they could add a little local flavor to the menu, like they do with the draft beer selection. This particular location has only been open about a week and a half. They have 612 Rated R, Fulton Sweet Child of Vine and some other local ones (I did not get a real good look). Had the fish tacos today with Jalapeno sauce - not bad for a wings place. Putting this location in the four range because of the super-friendly, prompt and attentive staff. Both Monique and Rannon were excellent bartenders. Also, the TV situation here is about as good as it gets for sports watching. P.S. B-Dubs Snelling: Having the Trivia boards out in front of each stool is a nice touch in theory, but in practice you are draining the batteries. You gotta keep those things charged up like a cell phone.

First time at one of these places. Not bad. Sometimes we just need to satisfy the ole' appetite with some good old bar type food. Frankly speaking, I've been pretty impressed with bar food before. Called in to place an order and was put on hold for about 10 minutes. Hung up and called back. Order took a little while to place over the phone which is why I prefer the online ordering system which they do thankfully have and will use if we return. Pulled up- the place had lines out the door. Little did I know there was some Viking inside signing autographs. The place was a mad house inside. Extremely LOUD! I could barely hear the gal helping me. Pick up counter is around the corner from the entrance/hostess stand. Ordered the: -Mozzarella sticks which J liked. I could take or leave them -Ultimate Nachos- Meh- they were okay. Thin crispy chips, cheesy like sauce, chicken (extra) salsa, some beans-not sure if they were supposed to be on there, they kind of looked out of place. -Boneless/traditional combo that came with fries. Fries were okay. Bottom line, the food was just okay. When we have enough leftovers to last awhile, that means we were like.... meh- it's okay. Gal helping me out was very nice and offered to double check the order which we did. May or may not return. The sign to use your inside fan voices not to annoy the surrounding neighbors made me laugh, but I can see why its needed.

Most recent visit: Service? Awful Food? Gross Environment? The ceiling was leaking and buckets were being used to catch the water. My kids like it here because of the "screens" they can use while waiting for their food, but even they agreed having "screens" is not worth it i the food they eventually get is gross. I've been here five or six times...I'm never going back.

I called to ask if I could have my food remade. Traffic on Hwy 94 was detoured due to road work. So I was approaching 30 minutes past my pick up time. Which up to this point I was driving. I didn't have a hands free set in order to call with out breaking the law. I found a place to stop and call. When I did, the night manager said in order to have my food remade I would have to buy my old food and buy my new food. Which I think is absurd. He goes on to start yelling at me. Started calling me ignorant, a not good person, said I should have broken the law and called well driving. He said I was his words "sol". I hung up at that point. Never going back to that Buffalo Wild Wings again. Please go to bbw's just avoid this one like the plague.

So Super Bowl Sunday happened! My friend and I decided to watch the game at the new Buffalo Wild Wings on Snelling Ave. I've never been to BWW ever, so I was excited to try another great American food chain. And I love chicken. I wasn't expecting the greatest experience only because it was Super Bowl Sunday (SBS) and I knew that the joint would probably be packed beyond belief. So that is my disclaimer. Upon arrival, we were given a buzzer since we had been placed on the wait list. The seating hostess could not tell me how long the wait might be, not that I know how that all works, but it would have been nice to know when I can get my table. But it worked out because the wait on SBS was about 15-25 minutes. My friend and I were given a nice booth with literally dozens of tvs in sight, ensuring we wouldn't miss a thing. Now I know that BWW was going to be busy, but the service was slow. After we ordered, it took about an hour for our food to get to the table. I usually to not fuss much about justified slow service, especially with drunk on-edge football fanatics involved, but there was a point when I thought our food might not come at all...and that wasn't a good feeling. I ordered boneless wings with medium heat and their pretzels. Upon arrival, the pretzels were nice and toasty, but my wings were cold and hard, as though they had been sitting out for some time...The taste was good, spicy. It was a nice kick. I loved the pretzels. lol All in all, my experience was just okay...there is a BWW back home (Hawaii) but I'm not sure if I am compelled to pay a visit...Perhaps this has nothing to do with the restaurant, but the game that really, was a sweep. lol

Worst experience and customer service. I would highly advise to take the extra time to drive down to the one at Har Mar (Snelling & 36). Strike one, "one drink per person" even when requesting for a round of shots which would be consumed within seconds of being served (well before any cocktails would be provided). Strike two, serviced terribly, and I have to call out specifically Jermaine. Strike three, incorrect change back from said waiter. For shame.

We stopped by here on our way to the airport and I've gotta say it was by far one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a LONG time. I can't remember our waitresses name for the life of me but she was a kick ass waitress! All smiles, and never an empty drink. Everyone at our table was impressed and raving about how great she was all throughout the meal. The food was delicious, and their mango lemonade is to die for. It was an awesome visit, and I almost wish we didn't live in California so we could go back! We THINK her name was Megan...but we aren't entirely sure. Great place, great service, and great food. A+

Why do so many people like this place? How can it do so well when it's food is so god damn awful? All of their wings have a funny taste to them, like they were all freezer burnt on purpose or soemthing. And the other day, i orderd an actual meal from this place...yuck! I ordered this pulled pork sandwich meal to go, figured i'd try out their actual food. What a waste of money. That pulled-pork was pulled alright...pulled straight out of a plastic tub, slopped on a bun, and thrown in the microwave for a minute. I should probably be more disappointed in myself for actually expecting more. The pickle that came with was the soggy saddest thing i've ever seen. The fries they had to have just pulled straight out of the fridge. They weren't even room temperature, they were cold! The highlight of this craptacular meal was some mediocre cole slaw. Now i understand what all the neighborhood complaints were about this place stinking. They weren't talking about the smell in the air, they were talking about the quality of food. If you are in the rare situation where you have like 5 different games you need to watch at the same time, then this could be a good place to go. But do yourself a favor and don't waste money on the food.

Overall, this BW3 is a good place to spend time with friends on a Friday night. Although it's fairly standard in its MO and food selection, I haven't had any real problems so far. There are some options for me to eat as a vegetarian. I asked if they could make their flatbreads with the chicken served separately, which they did. Service is courteous and friendly, and all of my experiences here have been fairly peaceful. Obviously, this restaurant will not appeal to those who prefer a quieter experience, but if you're looking to watch games with your friends, then this is the place to go to.

I have 52 reasons for wanting to come back. I won the drawing for wings for a year. It's the snack size which is 5 and just right for me. Basil had the burger and it was pretty good. You're greeted by 5 smiling faces. But they have to have a committee meeting as to where to seat you, in a wide open restaurant with plenty of seats on both sides. I spoke with the management about this too many cooks problem. I get bone in wings in the mild, yellow sauce that I like. They have 3 types of fruity lemonades from the bar, non normal yellow, but still pretty good, now that the heat is hitting us. They remind me a little of the Texas Roadhouse drinks, not as big but you get 1 refill, so it balances out. Very kid friendly, and they make them feel special and give them lots of attention with wing nut crowns among other things. Service is great, and plenty of people stop by to check in on you. I love that I don't have to go to the dark cave in Roseville, and the sub-par TGIF ever again. It's a great spot right in the city with plenty of parking. It doesn't have a dungeon feel at all, and can be a bright atmosphere if the shades aren't down.

Our poor, undertrained waitress was trying to take orders for 8 of us without taking notes. Everyone's drink order was wrong in some way, and I had to remind her twice to please put my drink order in. That said, it's a great place to watch a game or fight, and they usually do a better job of dealing with crowds.
